Bitcoin and Cardano’s ties are strengthening by the day!

Extending Bitcoin With Cardano
Cardano took the crypto world by storm last month after it was revealed that BOS would transform the blockchain OG into an application layer for Bitcoin.
Through Grail, BOS is providing the basic infrastructure for Cardano to plug into Bitcoin using zero-knowledge tech, allowing BTC holders to move their assets into Cardano with decentralized, cryptographic integrity for the first time.
The relationship between these chains is extremely complementary. On one hand, Bitcoin is a $1.8 trillion ocean of liquidity that’s rapidly growing as institutions and nation-states adopt the asset. On the other hand, Cardano has a tiny asset base next to Bitcoin, yet boasts advanced privacy and DeFi that Bitcoin holders have long desired.
The Cardano community has recognized the size of this opportunity, with founder Charles Hoskinson now wishing to make it “the dominant platform for Bitcoin DeFi.” Still, much work needs to be done to make that vision a reality, including seamless integration with Cardano’s wallets and dApps.
